Base Venue Rental:
$4,000 – $6,500 depending on the day of the week and season
Weekday weddings: ~$4,000–$5,000
Weekends and peak seasons: ~$5,500–$6,500
Guest Capacity:
Up to 150 guests total (outdoor ceremony & reception spaces + indoor hall)
Outdoor amphitheater-style ceremony space and native garden reception areas
Rental Includes:
8–10 hour access to outdoor ceremony space, reception garden, and indoor Great Room
Use of bridal suite, restrooms, and prep kitchen
Onsite venue staff, event manager, and some AV equipment
Use of LEED Platinum-certified indoor event space with large glass doors
Tables and chairs for up to 150 guests
Extras & Requirements:
Event liability insurance (~$150–$250) is typically required
Security deposit: ~$500–$1,000 refundable
All vendors must be licensed and insured
Alcohol may require additional insurance or security staff
